We are pleased to announce that we are now offering layaway!!

We know how it feels to want something NOW, but maybe you are not in a position to fully pay for your order in full today. So we at The Berry Cottage want to make it easier for you to shop with us.

To take advantage of this exciting new feature please follow the Terms and Conditions below.

Layaway Terms and Conditions:
To use this feature you must:

* Have a minimum order of $19.99.

* All orders must be e-mailed. Please be sure to choose the e-mail payment option and type Layaway in the
"Comments Box" at check-out.

* Once we receive your order, you will be sent 2 invoices. The 1st invoice reflecting your itemized purchases. The 2nd invoice will also include your installment due dates.

* All layaways must be paid in full 3 months after purchase. Your order will be shipped once your layaway is paid in full.

* Intial deposit is 50% of the total order including shipping.
10% in 1 month, 15% at 2 months,
and the remaining 25% at 3 months.

Example: January 1, 2006
$100.00 Layaway purchase (including shipping)

Initial payment of $50.00 paid 1/1/06.
Installment payment of $10.00 Paid 2/1/06.
Installment payment of $15.00 paid 3/1/06
Final payment of $25.00 paid 4/1/06

* Payment methods are : Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover through PayPal. When making your payment through PayPal send payment to Kim@TheBerryCottage.com directly through PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to send a payment through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account and wish to pay by credit card, check card/debit card please let me know in comment box at check-out.

* If payment is not received within 10 days of the order; your layaway order will be cancelled.

* If payment is not made in full 3 months after the order was made, all money will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 15% (of the entire original layaway order).

* You may have up to two (2) layaway orders at one time.

We understand that sometimes unplanned circumstances arise and you might need to make further arrangements. Please e-mail us, as we can be negotiable.
